1. Who we are

topone-game.pages.dev ("this site", "we", "us") is an independent informational and affiliate website about the TopOne Game Android app. We are not the operator of TopOne Game. We don't run games, hold funds, or process deposits or withdrawals, and we have no access to any TopOne account.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the TopOne app, the download source or any other third-party service.

2. Summary

• We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful.

• No user accounts, sign-ups, comment boxes, newsletters or contact forms.

3. Information we collect

We don't ask for your name, phone number, email address or any other contact detail. You can read every page without giving us personal information.

The site is a set of static pages. Features such as the game search and category filters run in your browser; what you type into the search box is not sent to us.

Usage information is collected automatically through Google Analytics, as described in the next section.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure how visitors use the site. It helps us see which guides people read, which pages need improvement and roughly where our visitors come from.

When you load a page, Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the link or search that brought you here, your device and browser type, screen size, language, approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address) and interactions such as clicks on buttons. It uses cookies and a randomly generated identifier to tell new visits from returning ones.

We see this information only in aggregated reports. We don't use it to identify individual visitors, and we don't combine it with other data about you. Google processes it under its own terms and privacy policy, and it may be processed on servers outside India.

You can limit this collection by blocking or deleting cookies, using your browser's tracking protection, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on offered by Google. The site works normally if you do.

5. Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare may process technical information about requests, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request.

Cloudflare processes this information under its own privacy policy and for its own security and delivery purposes. It may also use strictly necessary security measures to filter malicious traffic.

6. Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics (for example, cookies whose names begin with "_ga") to measure visits. They don't contain your name or contact details. Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary security cookies.

We don't set cookies for advertising or personalisation. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

7. Outbound links

This site links to services we don't control. When you follow those links, you leave this website and the other service's privacy policy applies.

• Download link: the "Download" buttons go to a third-party link (urlr.to) that forwards you to the app download. These are affiliate links, so the link service and the destination may record that you arrived through this site. We don't receive your personal data from them.
• The TopOne app: if you install and register, the app's operator handles your phone number, account, payments and KYC details under its own terms. We have no access to that data.
• Telegram: the Telegram buttons open t.me, which is run by Telegram.

Please read the privacy policies of these services before sharing any information with them.

8. Messages you send us on Telegram

If you choose to message us on Telegram, we will see what Telegram shows us, such as your display name, username and the content of your messages. We use this only to reply to you and, if you report an error, to correct this guide.

We don't add you to marketing lists, and we delete conversations that are no longer needed. Please don't send us passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, bank details or identity documents. We will never ask for them.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over, because it describes a real-money gaming app. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information on Telegram, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's data protection law, you may have rights to ask what personal data is held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. We don't hold analytics data in a form that identifies you; Google provides its own tools and controls for data it processes.

If you have messaged us on Telegram and want that conversation deleted, send us a message and we will do so. For data held by Google, Cloudflare, Telegram, the download link service or the TopOne app, contact those services directly.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We don't run an account database, so there are no passwords or profiles on our side to be exposed. No system is perfect, though, so please avoid sending sensitive information through any channel.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way the site works changes, as we did when we added Google Analytics. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do.
